5 Months!

Happy 5 Months, Colton! It is so hard to believe that 5 months have already passed. Where did the time go? This time last year I was so unbelievably sick with the little bugger, and here he is making my heart all aflutter with smiles and love. To date he can roll over from front to back, has one tooth popping through, and can sit on his own for a couple of minutes before he plops forward onto his face. Whenever he falls forward Ethan always shouts, "Uh, oh, Mommy. Colton fall-ed over again! Come get him right quick!" Colton is so adored by both Julianna and Ethan, although I think Julianna secretly wishes I would just leave her to be the mommy every once in a while. She is so perfect with him; I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop and for her to rebel against helping. It's amazing how Colton has totally completed all of us. It's like something was missing and he was the perfect fit. Such an easy baby, rarely fussy. I keep waiting for that other shoe to drop, too :) Happy 5 month birthday, sweet baby! I am so glad we get to be a part of your world!
